Vendor Booth Information

Vendor booths are available in various sizes and locations to suit your needs. Pricing starts at $750 per 40 feet of frontage. Each 40-foot booth includes five (5) wristbands and two (2) staff vehicle decals. Additional wristbands and vehicle registrations must be purchased separately.

Vendor Booth Hours: All vendors must be present at their booths from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for public access. After 4:00 p.m., the main event area will not be accessible to the public, as after-hours events will be held in designated areas such as the Burnout Pit and Truck Tugs.

Vehicle Registration Requirements

All vehicles displayed in vendor booths must be registered as “Show Trucks” for $40 each. This registration includes a windshield decal and judging card, ensuring that your vehicle is part of the official event lineup. Vehicles not registered as show trucks will not be permitted inside the main show area.
