Refunds & Returns Policy – 2025 Florida Truck Meet

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2025 Florida Truck Meet. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are considered final. The policy below outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for tickets, registrations, and merchandise associated with the Event.

1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, personal circumstances, or change of schedule.

Tickets for the 2025 Florida Truck Meet are processed through Orlando Speed World and managed via The FOAT ticketing platform. Any ticketing issues or questions should be directed to the Orlando Speed World ticketing staff. Please ensure you review all details before purchasing your tickets.

2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If the Event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Truck Fever LLC. Any refunds issued will be processed through the original payment method used to purchase the tickets.

If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date, and no refunds will be provided. Attendees will receive an email notification with the rescheduled dates and any updates regarding the Event.

3. Show Truck Registrations and Add-Ons

Show truck registrations, parking passes, camping spots, and other add-ons are non-refundable. Please make sure you select the correct options when making your purchase. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration or passes to another person, but Truck Fever LLC will not facilitate third-party transfers. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to provide the new registrant with the appropriate tickets or registration information.

4. Merchandise Purchases

All merchandise sales are final during the Event and online. If you purchase merchandise at the Event, please inspect your items before leaving the vendor area. We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise once the purchase is completed. In the case of defective items, please contact us immediately at info@fltruckmeet.com.

5. Third-Party Vendor Sales

Some products and services at the Florida Truck Meet may be provided by third-party vendors. Refund and return policies for these items are determined by the individual vendors, not by Truck Fever LLC. Please consult with the vendor directly for information on their refund and return policies.

6. Weather Policy

The Florida Truck Meet is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the entire Event is canceled by Truck Fever LLC. In the case of severe weather or dangerous conditions that may require changes to the schedule, updates will be posted on the official website and social media channels.
